Health is the lead programme of the Institute. IINS works for access to health care for people living in poverty, in India and across Non-Aligned and Global South countries, in support of universal health coverage.
Revitalising the Non-Aligned Movement and strengthening its role in the present international order, through cooperation among countries of the Global South and the exchange of information across the Non-Aligned world.
Research and dialogue on peace and security, terrorism, and the elimination of nuclear and other weapons of mass destruction.
Human rights and the right to development, with attention to minorities, women and children, climate action and digital inclusion.
